Rods, reels, tackle, leaders, hooks, and live bait. Plus an ice cooler with bottled water on board — just bring any snacks or beverages you'd like (adult beverages OK, no glass please).

Do I need a fishing license?
No. Tops Charters operates under a state-issued license that covers every guest on board.
How many people can join?
Up to 2 guests included in the base rate, with $50 per additional angler up to 6 total people.
What if the weather is bad?
In the rare event that Captain Richard must cancel for inclement weather, health, or equipment issues, you can reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund of your deposit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 3 or more days prior to the trip date receive a refund on the deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged and based on guide availability.
